Who Can Use AutoTech
- Registered automotive service centers and fleet operators in Egypt
- Authorized business representatives
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Ability to provide accurate business registration details
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- AutoTech will never request your password via email or phone
- You are responsible for all orders placed through your account
- Report any unauthorized access immediately to our support team
Ordering & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes
- Prices are valid for 7 days from quotation date
- USD-linked contract pricing is available for eligible fleet accounts
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations or supplier changes

Strict No Counterfeits Policy: AutoTech guarantees that all parts sold are OE-certified genuine parts from authorized distributors.
If you receive a counterfeit or non-genuine part, we will replace it immediately and investigate the source under our Refund Policy.
Payment Terms
- Credit and debit card payments via secure gateway
- Fawry payment options available
- Installment plans for eligible purchases
- Post-paid business credit available for approved accounts with credit limits
Platform Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Provide false business registration information
- Engage in fraudulent payment activity
- Resell AutoTech parts without authorization
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
